The biggest advantage of the Inzell Natural Lake is that it contributes to environment and health: Chemicals are not longer added, no more reddend eyes and sensitive skin from chlorine. Plants, that filter the water, as natural and cost-saving helpers to keep it clean. These useful "assistants" from nature clean the water without expensive chemicals and treat it biologically. Hereby assimilative capacity, that can be found in natural waters, is used and is substantial for drinking water quality. Just the way guests may find it in a crystal-clear Alpine lake.

This nature-oriented design makes the guests feel like being in the great outdoors in the centre of the village. Sports- and leisure facilities are nestling harmonously in a park-like landscape. Surrounded by water lillies, irises, and cane, visitors may let their legs dangle from the pier, or enjoy the view of the mountains. The little ones splash in the shallow water of a designated area or play with the water-wheel, while diving rock and beach volleyball court might attract the more sportive people.

The Water Park extends the opportunities for water fans in Inzell, as there is "beach weather" throughout the year. The swimming and bathing facilities include the Natural Lake, the indoor pool and a Mediterranean style sauna. Two saunas and two steam baths offer the right alternative to relax for every taste. In the Turkish bath the visitor is taken to "Arabian Nights" with exotic scents and lights. The speciality of this well-temperated steam bath (46°C) is a honey ointment for smooth skin after the sauna treatment. A Roman steam bath helps with asthma, bronchitis, gout or circulatory disorders. A special feature of the alpine style sauna is a salt peeling that activates metabolism and purifies tissue. Finnish sauna, outdoor hot tub and massage jets in the pool keep parents relaxed while their offspring is zooming down the 62 metres of the fun slide with special effects into the water.
